Design Planning and Construction Documents
The design phase is a collaborative journey where we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We typically meet once a week to discuss and refine the plans, ensuring every detail aligns with your goals. This iterative process allows us to make adjustments and enhancements as we prepare the plans for our engineers.
Throughout this phase, we coordinate closely with our engineering team to ensure the designs are technically sound and ready for permit submittal. Additionally, we can provide renderings to give you a visual representation of the project, making it easier to visualize the final outcome.
As we finalize the plans, we also send the complete set to our trusted subcontractors, obtaining precise cost estimates to ensure your budget remains on track prior to the permit submission.
We handle the entire permit submittal process, ensuring a seamless experience for you. To further refine your budget and enhance the design, we take you to high-quality showrooms alongside our experienced representatives. Here, you’ll select fixtures and materials that perfectly match your style and needs.
This phase wraps everything up and prepares your project for the construction stage, setting the foundation for a successful build.
Construction
During the construction phase, our commitment to clear communication and collaboration remains a top priority. We can meet with you on-site as often as once a week to ensure we’re aligned and any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Our hands-on approach means we are consistently present throughout the entire process, coordinating every detail in the field.
